Place Estate Agents’ Managing Director, Paul Curtain, is excited to share that the company’s flagship office is entering an innovative chapter of growth with the announcement of new office locations under The One Group.
The One Group will run as “one team in four locations”: Bulimba, Camp Hill (formerly the company’s Coorparoo office), Cannon Hill and Carindale, including Projects and Property Management.
The four offices will be led by The One Group’s Managing Principal, Paul Curtain, and Co- Principal, Sam Kelso, pictured above.
“The One Group compliments the Place Estate Agents brand and will open incredible career pathways for those wanting a meaningful and successful career in real estate. It will also allow our current team to provide even better service to our valued clients,” Mr Curtain said.
The Place Bulimba office was the company’s first, founded by Damian Hackett, Sarah Hackett, and Paul Curtain in 2002. It’s recognised as one of Australia’s most successful real estate offices, comprising of more than 70 staff members, including sales, property management and administration.
“Leveraging from the Place Bulimba experience, we are using 30 plus years of skills, intellectual property and partnerships to implement a vision that can see a doubling of the business performance with the next five years,” Mr Curtain said.
Mr Curtain shared that leadership appointments help close the gap, ensuring staff retention, professional development, and culture is delivered.
“The One Group expansion offers high performing agents, BDMs, and property managers to enter leadership and partnership roles within the business.”
Prior to The One Group launch, the business already has a successful history with shareholders and welcomes three more into the fold.
