This week, the Place Network grew by one, with the official opening of the 18th office, Place Gumdale, led by established Agent Glenn Bool. The opening of the new Eastern office solidifies our commitment to be Brisbane’s Estate Agent.
CEO of Place Estate Agents, Damian Hackett says that the Gumdale office will become a flagship office for the eastern suburbs. Glenn has been a part of the Place Bulimba a team for many years now, working under the leadership of Joint Managing Director, Paul Curtain.
Mr Curtain shares the excitement of seeing Glenn take the next step in his career. He says that Gumdale and surrounds are pegged to be on par in popularity with suburbs like Bulimba and New Farm in the future. A Gumdale office was a natural progression for the business.
"Go back 15 years ago, there weren't a lot of real estate agents in New Farm. There were smaller agencies, but it isn't what it is today."
