Local interior designer Marina Hirst, from Marina Hirst Interiors, feels at home when designing and decorating rooms for her clients - her role is to help clients make a house feel more homely.
Marina and her husband built their current property from the ground up.
Architecturally designed and furnished with class and love, their home oozes the kind of elegance that reflects Marina’s personality.
They’ve reused materials from the previous building on the property, such as wooden beams and concrete blocks.
These small additions gave their place the homely feel of an old Queenslander, all the while still being modern.
