Langlands Community Pool has been around since 1959 and over the years it has become one of the best in Brisbane.
It’s about to become even better as Brisbane City Council has approved a plan to renovate and upgrade the pool by 2019.
After a lifetime of swimming at Langlands and 11 years of being the lessee, Jan Arndt is extremely happy and excited that the Langlands legacy will now be able to live on for generations to come.
We caught up with Jan to chat about her lifetime at the pool and what the renovations will mean for the community.
