On wide streets lined with trees and family homes, Camp Hill is home to great schools, eateries and parklands.
Only a short trip away from the CBD with easy access to the wider community via a range of public transport options, this suburb has all the amenities you need.
Having lived and worked locally for the past 15 years, we asked Real Estate Agent, Joanna Gianniotis, about the changes she’s seen in Camp Hill and why it’s a great suburb to buy in.
Joanna, tell us what some of the latest census results show about the suburb growth?
From 2011 to 2016 there has been a 33% increase in the median price range of properties.
Seeing a growth from $610K - $813K, the suburbs profit is only continuing to increase.
There has been a 3.5% increase of families moving to the area. Being in the catchment area of numerous great public and private schools, it’s no wonder families are flocking to live in Camp Hill.
From there, we’ve seen a 7.1% decrease in singles and 16.1% decrease of shared accommodation in the area.
This is a representation of the types of housing in the area, with majority being larger scale family homes or great first-buy homes for young couples.
