It's no secret that Brisbane is blooming and there's no time like now to get amongst the auction action. Join us on the 21-24 October for an incredible weekend, all supported by the industry exclusive, Place Auction Patrol.
Auctions are quickly becoming the favourable way to sell, and our September auctions results paid a testament to this. Last month, we witnessed soaring auction success with an auction clearance rate of 93% and an average of 14.7 registered bidders per auction.
This month, these numbers will continue to rise following the predicated success of the biggest ever auction weekend.
Place Estate Agents Chief Auctioneer, Peter Burgin believes the weekend will be a great success and is excited for what the Auction Patrol have planned across the weekend.
"At this stage, we have over 50 auctions running from Friday morning till Sunday evening. This is by far, the most auctions Place have ever conducted over one weekend," Peter said.
"It will be all hands on deck from the auction patrol team, with members attending each auction, bells and all!
"There will be refreshments at every auction and a coffee cart for our morning auctions and we will also be introducing a new initiatives with containers for change where all plastic bottles can be cashed in to raise funds for the amazing Red Frogs."
"Buyers and vendors should expect a super high-energy atmosphere with lots of friendly Pace agents and helpful members of our auction team there to provide assistance."
