“My interest in working in the industry started from a young age, having grown up with parents working in property. Of course, this meant I also had an understanding of how tough it can be to break into and be successful in the industry, so I knew I wanted to join a brand which would nurture me to be the best professional I could be.
Joining place was a simple choice. When I finished school, I knew the direction I wanted to head in and knew there was only one place that would get me there. The directors have built a business based on incredible values that resonate from the inside out and allow us to be ahead of the game with cutting edge marketing, six-star service and an environment of excellence. An agent support role covers all parts of this this, it is certainly not your average administration role and that keeps it exciting.
There are so many things I love about my job. The diversity, the fountain of knowledge available to me, the support network and the culture. It feels good to be able to provide value to a business across all aspects of the role. My tasks increase our ability to deliver exceptional service to buyers, sellers and everyone in between.
