Born on the Gold Coast and raised in Brisbane, Ryan comes from a Singaporean background. Previously serving in the Singaporean Army, Ryan enjoys developing hobbies such as sailing and martial arts to the extent of achieving award-winning and national champion status. Outside of work you can find Lauren spending quality time with her siblings, cats, or perfecting recipes in the kitchen. Not to mention her time in the role of President of the Australia China Youth Association, where she led the facilitation and development of friendships, partnerships, and opportunities across the Australia-China space.
