Le-Anne Allan: A Career Built on Real Estate Excellence

The real estate profession is deeply embedded in Le-Anne Allan’s DNA. Beginning her journey in property management and sales in Bargara in the early 1980s, Le-Anne has built a career spanning over 40 years across Bundaberg, Bargara, and the Gold Coast.

From 2005 to 2020, Le-Anne owned and operated the award-winning Richardson & Wrench Bargara Beach real estate office. Under her leadership, the company earned recognition as the most outstanding office, while Le-Anne herself was named the most outstanding selling principal. After selling the business in 2020, she maintained her strong presence in the local property market, actively contributing her expertise and insights.

A dedicated member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ), Le-Anne served as Bundaberg Zone Chair for six years and is now a participant in the Sales Chapter. In February 2024, her enduring commitment to real estate, adherence to REIQ values, and industry leadership were recognized with the prestigious Fellowship of the REIQ. Expanding her contributions further, she now trains aspiring property managers in Papua New Guinea, representing the REIQ’s industry-leading education programs in collaboration with the Real Estate Industry Association.

Currently, Le-Anne operates independently in Bargara and Bundaberg. She also serves as the Lead Agent and independent contractor for Mira Living, an off-the-plan apartment development in Bargara.

Throughout her career, Le-Anne has embraced continuous learning, combining traditional real estate services with modern technology to deliver exceptional communication and results for her clients.

Community and Professional Involvement
Le-Anne is a founding member of the Zonta Club of Bundaberg, an international organization dedicated to building a better world for women and girls. During her presidency from 2021 to 2023, the club revitalized its membership, expanded fundraising initiatives, and enhanced local advocacy efforts, earning the Bundaberg Regional Council’s Community Group of the Year Award in 2023.

Passionate about her region, Le-Anne actively promotes Bundaberg tourism and the natural beauty of the Southern Great Barrier Reef islands.

Her approach to real estate is defined by straight-talking honesty, unwavering professionalism, and a genuine passion for the future of her community and profession.
