I am co-director at Place Estate Agents Woolloongabba with Denis Najzar. We opened the doors in July 2018 and it has been exciting to open and grow this new venture. Above all, I am involved more than ever - listing, marketing and selling local homes. I am a selling principal in every respect.
Prior to opening Place Woolloongabba, I was a lead agent at Place Bulimba with my brother and Place director, Paul Curtain for 14 years. During that period, I was the Place Salesperson of the Year six times and runner-up five times.
I have been fortunate to sell in excess of $700 million worth of residential real estate since 2005 and am delighted that many of my sales have been from repeat clients and referrals. The backbone of my performance is to support my client’s expectations in every way by providing a professional approach, attention to detail, high energy and skilled negotiation.
Importantly, I have an experienced team who work with me, which allows me maximum time to concentrate on buyers and key elements of the ‘SOLD’ process. I also offer educated advice to my clients on design, construction and presentation options for homes and projects.
Real estate has become a part of my life and I have four brothers, my wife, sons and nephews who share this passion and are also in the property business. I, along with the Curtain family are committed to progressing and improving the real estate industry in this wonderful part of the world.
