David has a dual role as Service Delivery Manager and Innovation Manager at Place.
As Service Delivery Manager, David reports directly to the Place CEO and Place Board in respect to client satisfaction of Place HQ and holds direct account management responsibilities with Place Agency Office owners. As Innovation Manager, David reports to the Place CEO running projects within the business, focusing on improving the people, processes and technology to increase efficiencies, customer experience, and revenues.
With a career in spanning 30 years, David brings a wealth of experience to his role at Place. He is a trusted advisor to numerous executives, with a reputation for developing strategies to manage complex problems and managing teams to achieve business outcomes.
