Another agent was selling units within the complex and they approached me to get the listing. The price they recommended was $25,000 less than the price ultimately achieved by Mario which was also well in excess of the sale prices the other agent was achieving within the complex.

I have used Mario to sell two properties for me and I bought my home from him which was how I met him. His dogged determination to get the best possible price for his vendor was what impressed me in our purchase negotiations regarding our home.
