I first contacted Place when it was time to lease my apartment and make it into an investment property. Joanna quickly arranged tenants for the unit, as she was head of property management at the time. I engaged Daniel Forrest in June 2012 as my Sales Agent sell my 2 bedroom unit situated in Kangaroo Point.  I always knew that this property was going to be difficult to sell and achieve a good sale price at the same time.  The unit is classified for investment only with owner occupation not permitted.  This was the reason I knew the unit would take so long to sell and the process ended up taking 7 months to finalise.

During the sales period I found my association with Daniel to be a positive one.  He acted in a professional manner at all times.  He had to regularly negotiate access to my unit for inspections with the on-site managers of Rivercity Terraces.  This was sometimes a delicate task which he managed to achieve while at the same time maintaining a working relationship with the managers.

To sell my property was always going to take perservance during the long sale period.  Daniel managed to do this.  The main thing that impressed me the most was his very positive attitude.  Never at any time did he become negative or indicate that the property could not be sold.  Daniel reported to me during the sale period normally once or twice a week by telephone.  At no stage did Daniel put pressure on me to  lower the price of the unit to achieve a quicker sale.
